Question: Am I able to view the product before I purchase it?
Answer: We endeavour to have the best and latest picture of our products on our website but if you are able to visit either our Lanseria or Grand Central branch we keep most items in store to view.
Question: How can I place an order?
Answer: You can place an order online on our website by selecting the item under Product Category and adding to the Cart and following the relevant steps.Or you can give us a call on (011) 701-3209 for our Lanseria branch, or on (011) 805-0684 for our Grand Central branch. You can also email us on info@wingsnthings.co.za. Please note our terms and conditions.
Question: Do you send parcels internationally?
Answer: We send parcels both locally and internationally and postage or shipping costs are for the customers expense. We will advise customers of the courier costs which depend on size and weight of the package and customers must advise whether they would like to insure the contents.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Please refer to our Terms of Use at the bottom of our webpage for all details explaining our return policy and more.
Question: Do your prices include VAT on your website?
Answer: Yes, all our quoted prices both on the internet and via telephone include VAT.
